I understand employees (current and former) will have different views of their experiences here at England but I can honestly say that this is a company that truly values their hard working employees and their opinions. England Logistics is a company that gives back to its community in many ways. I have personally witnessed the charity programs and have been a recipient of a youth team sponsorship more than once. Companies are often looking to drop what they consider to be unnecessary funding but each year England continues to make these a priority. My coworkers are amazing and hardworking and I'm thankful to be a part of such a great team. I feel hard work, an open mind and a great attitude can ensure many years with England Logistics.

The team I work with strive to succeed together, not individually. They all hold you accountable for everything that you do, which makes you grow and push yourself to reach goals. The further you aspire to reach in this industry, the more rewarding it becomes. It also gives you the experience to negotiate effectively and strategically, which in return, teaches you how to problem solve and to think outside of the box in communicating. If you want to work where you have easy tasks, and are comfortable with simple duties, but expect to get paid $$$ for it, then this job is not for you. If you grow content in your position in what you do, then this job is not for you. The job is designed to give somebody a lifestyle of basic means secured living. To gain more, you must prove yourself worthy of it. They give you many opportunities to so. You get to decide how much you're worth by the amount of work you put into you.
