England Logistics is more committed to their values than any other organization I've been a member. Every day feels fresh and varied because of the enormous cultural emphasis and investment given by each team member. I can't tell you how many times I've come into work to be surprised by breakfast, lunch, spontaneous Nerf wars, T-Rex races, gift cards, charity events, etc. Though these cultural elements are certainly enjoyable, even more impressive is the collective dedication to personal growth. The term 'betterment' is one that appears in daily conversation. This spirit of 'ascending together' is not only restricted to professional improvement, but also to personal, ethical improvement. If you want to grow in every department of your life, this is the right place.
