Room to grow and love my coworkers and team activities

Cons

they leave a lot out, they wont fill you in on things going around and they also need more training after. The trainer is great but you forget a lot once you're on the floor.

This is a great job with consistent hours and decent pay as long as you put your head down and consistently make phones calls and work with cliques in the office.

Cons

Once they moved directors and managers around, they have become micromanaging, un-motivating and disengaging. Paid time off is not comparative to other companies,
