      Pros

      You will get great people you get to work with on the floor. Very knowledgeable and not afraid to help at all.

      Cons

      Don't get sick because the insurance isn't going to help you.

      -Great Culture -Personal Growth Opportunities and leadership opportunities -Influential leadership -Competitive compensation in all departments - 1 on 1 coaching and mentoring -Catered lunches, bagels and donuts for promotions England logistics has taught me and given me the opportunity to become an added member and voice. We are constantly changing for the better and always trying to implement fresh, fun and new ideas to go above and beyond our competition. We want each employee to be successful and provide the opportunity for personal growth. England is a family company and they treat everyone like family here.

      Cons

      -Employee Retention -Benefits (PTO,Sick,401k) The company has definitely made strides to come up with more of an appetizing benefits package but still could be a lot better.

      Pros

      Starting wage is pretty good if you negotiate for yourself when you are hired.

      Cons

      Non-existent HR dept and benefits handbook is untrue. You better not need any medical care in the first year or they will fire you while you are laying in a hospital bed.
