My team was really professional and I loved my manager. She was incredibly helpful and always willing to consult on best practices.

Cons

Awful company culture. The office environment was so suffocating, They expanded the office that included a Nintendo room (ik this sounds petty but if you were to see the room, you’d understand) and we were required to not spend more than 10 mins at a time away from our desk. So performative and did not foster collaboration in any way.

Cons

Many teams are consistently undervalued relative to the amount of knowledge and process building they hold. Management above support is in constant flux, so feedback and direction are inconsistent.
