Bad management is an under statement, unprofessional, making all International employees redundant or just simply cancelling Contracts. No respect for any employment contract, just get hem out as quick and as fast as possible.
No Italian employees have yet been dismissed except for ALL INTERNATIONALS. This is racial discrimination at its limit, EIRL London responsible for this who are very unprofessional and not at all trustworthy. Do not believe anything they say, they will send you a letter saying the exact opposite a few hours later. Local managers have no respect if you are not Italian, for instance one Non-Italian guy speaks perfect Italian but is still classed an outsider by the company. Huge International dismissals are happening, but keep this 'Private & Confidential' to you only say EIRL. We do not want a law suite, while we get rid of Internationals. Tecnomare will take Italians, not sure what they will do with them. But it is not then Eni's name in the news is it.
