The managers were great to work with because they were very accessible and will to teach if you need help

Cons

I started as a part time employee but felt pushed to take on too much too soon as a nurse who did not have any experience in the worker's comp industry. I ended up working over 40 hours a week to try to keep up with my patient load but was getting paid salary for part-time hours. I'm sure it would have balanced out a little as I learned more but I didn't stay long enough to find out.

The ability to work from home is available. You do get healthcare benefits

Cons

Heavily micromanaged No room for growth Cliquey workplace environment Lack of transparency and lack of trust from supervisors Inconsistent treatment to all employees Low pay, overtime is a joke Cares more about emails missed and tasks not done than well-being of employees and current productivity Short staffed Lack of competency in many supervisors. Poor employee turn-around Not following policies among employees who got COVID and gatekeepers of conversing over topics that may leave employees concerned.
