      Okay company to work for

      Pros

      - Tier 3 employees get unlimited PTO - For the most part, a decent work/life balance culture -Annual company-wide professional training week - Fully remote - They rarely do layoffs, as they are generally pretty conservative. But this also means rarely any big salary raises

      Cons

      - Only 7 paid holidays (one of the lowest I've ever seen) - Not much room for growth despite the company being 7k employees - Doesn't feel like the company values its employees - Poor benefits (medical and 401k) - Not diverse, despite having a DEI program

      Pros

      We get paid salary but anything that’s overtime is compensated well. Mileage reimbursement is at the top. I work 3/4 time but get enough of a bonus that it’s like working full time. We have a wonderful team and management. When times are tough, we help each other out. There’s always help and support. I can chart at home and the job is flexible.

      Cons

      Lots of travel but we make our own schedule. Sometimes (rarely) I have to do an early appointment but it’s not often. We can change the appt time if needed.
