Insufficient training, pass-the-buck attitude everywhere, and if they feel like you’re not busy enough they will assign you work outside of your department or capabilities without proper training. Heaven forbid you make a mistake. They won’t pay you extra for that extra work outside of your scope of responsibilities as you are expected to “help the team” wherever and whenever they felt like it. The ones who were favored or knew management directly were able to coast by without doing anything for years but the rest of us had to pick up the slack.

Going to patients appointments and trying to complete all the reports and three week reports and answer all the emails and get everything scheduled for the Injured workers runs ragged. I’m working everyday after 5pm to get it all done and I’m not being paid for working after hours. They don’t pay enough for all the work we do.
