      Pros

      The pay was decent for my assigned account. Good benefits package, work from home, decent equipment and business resources.

      Cons

      Employee experience directly linked to client assignment. Some clients had very reasonable workflows and work loads. Some clients required non-value-added busywork and restrictive billing allowances that created billable time deficits that the nurses had to overcome with increased work.

      - possibility to bonus every month - management team for the Orange Branch make this job so worth it, they’re the easiest people to work with and for - work life balance - flexible schedule

      Cons

      - influx of cases can cause for a heavy workload, but the managers are always on your team so that’s helpful

      Pros

      Autonomy, Getting to work with patients and adjusters. Some of the direct supervisors are really good.

      Cons

      The branch manager of the Charlotte office could be very rude and condescending. They have lost a lot of good nurses due to her. They show favoritism and are not encouraging.
