      My coworkers were the only positive.

      Cons

      If you like Micromanagement, superfluous billing, disingenuous management, cap on travel, sabotage of work/life balance, working for free, zero training with no educational opportunity, mandatory extracurriculars without compensation, sink or swim business model with minimal concern for the success of the case manager or injured worker, and a “bonus” plan that only benefits upper management then this job is for you!

      The more you do the the more that is expected You're just a number Advancement for the lazy or less productive Managers don't care about employee well being. You are stepping stone. They will work you into the ground without a single thought.

      Pros

      Mileage reimbursement is great! I drive so much I get a third check for almost $1000 a month.

      Cons

      Going to patients appointments and trying to complete all the reports and three week reports and answer all the emails and get everything scheduled for the Injured workers runs ragged. I’m working everyday after 5pm to get it all done and I’m not being paid for working after hours. They don’t pay enough for all the work we do.
