Pros

Great Coworkers and flexible hours depending on the supervisor. Each unit is different.

Cons

Repeated buy outs lead to tons of confusion and changes with benefits (often fewer and less comprehensive benefits with strings attached). It feels like the company is one buy out away from being sold off for parts. Case loads are grossly above industry standards (i.e., promised 150 pending but never had under 250 while others had over 300).

Long hours and very swift paced. Too many initiatives going on at the same time and things done too rush rush.
