      Great Coworkers, Lack of Respect for Employees

      Pros

      Great Coworkers and flexible hours depending on the supervisor. Each unit is different.

      Cons

      Repeated buy outs lead to tons of confusion and changes with benefits (often fewer and less comprehensive benefits with strings attached). It feels like the company is one buy out away from being sold off for parts. Case loads are grossly above industry standards (i.e., promised 150 pending but never had under 250 while others had over 300).

      *Work from home position *Fair pay with bonuses *Easy and consistent workload with no micromanagement *Supportive members of the team as well as in other departments

      *You don't hear from the managers until you do something wrong - no constructive criticism *No true leadership, just dictators - no employee motivation and influence
