      Autonomy, flexible schedule, supportive management, team environment. Ability to work remotely. Ability to earn over time /bonus pay monthly.

      Cons

      Long hours, tedious and repetitive documentation requirements with constant deadlines. Difficulty in getting services authorized by the WC insurance carriers but pressure to return injured worker to full duty.

      Immediate benefits including 401K and vacation time. Remote opportunity and the company supplies computer hardware and headset.

      Cons

      Computer Systems outdated. High turnover with lots of buyouts with various companies names. Small unit of employees in my department. History of lawsuits for failure to provide medical coverage of Worker's Comp. Injuries. Not flexible with family worklife balance.
