      Pros

      Enova provides a lot of resources for your career growth. As an employee, you are in control of your destiny. Supported by fantastic managers, career growth programs, education assistance - it is easier to get where you want to be. There are a lot of smart people around you who can help you in getting better each day. Also, one of the things that I am very impressed and proud of is, even during covid-19, Enova made sure they didn't have to let go of anyone. Being on the business side, I know how hard it is, especially being a financial firm. It's a great place!

      Cons

      The snacks in the kitchen can really make you gain weight. The salaries and bonuses are lower than what I would have hoped for.

      Pros

      - Can sense the effort to keep employees looped in and engaged (weekly updates from the C-suite, video messages from the CEO, Diversity and Inclusion events, firm wide superlative events) - Very easy to self arrange virtual happy hours with coworkers - Sense of value and role on my team has not diminished - Opportunities to get involved with other projects amidst pandemic

      Cons

      Some new perks would be nice especially since we can't utilize our amazing downtown office and many of it's perks!

      Great people and ability to take ownership

      Pros

      If you're someone who likes to hit the ground running, then this company is the place for you. There are always a million+ things to improve upon and the company is relatively agile in adapting to change. Tenure is not a thing that is needed here is order to make a big impact quickly, which I really appreciate. Additionally, if you are one who likes to see projects all the way through from concept to implementation, then you can also get that here.

      Cons

      As with many tech companies there is definitely a lack of resources available for all projects. You can take your projects as far as you can without needing software engineers but at some point you can hit a wall while you wait for developers to become available and/or onboarded. Additionally, the executive team doesn't always seem to be entirely aligned on what is a top priority for the company, which can be difficult to work with when attempting to prioritize your own work.
