7yThanks for the note.. The fantastic people we have across the team is one of the best things about Enova. I'm glad you got to experience and benefit from our openness -- allowing people to work in different areas of Tech and get a wide range of experience.
There are lots of leadership opportunities here, especially given the growth of the team. Some of that is leading a project before leading a team.
