      Work load is high Enova is a fairly young company, so there are many processes that haven't been optimized You need to be comfortable with change

      Pros

      - Interns can pick/make projects and own it - Very casual culture - Good work-life balance: flexible hours, half-day Fridays - Friendly coworkers and mentors - Nice perks: Many company and department events plus intern-only ones. Well stocked kitchen (snacks and fruits), weekly free breakfast, occasional free lunch. Company laptop. - Everyone automatically considered for return offer - Downtown location super convenient for transit.

      Cons

      - Hard to meet people outside own department - Career/personal growth is hard to see because of flat organizational structure. Everyone has the same job title; hard to tell who does what and who's more experienced. - Depending on department some interns do not get to work with teams

      Thank you for your feedback! Awesome to see you had an enjoyable experience interning with us and glad that you took advantage of all the perks (summer hours is the best isn’t it?) We are always looking for ways for our Interns to feel incorporated within the larger organization as well as clearly understand the trajectory of their potential career paths. Our program lead is already working hard at making some enhancements to this upcoming summer’s program and we’ll be sure and make those areas a top focus!
