I have been sitting here for 15 minutes. I honestly can't think of anything.

Cons

Leadership values profit and revenue far more than satisfying their customers. New customers gained are offset by customers lost. Customer support is awful. New customers will like the product and the company until there is an issue. Then your phone and email will blow up because nobody at corporate is helping. Want a promotion? Nope. Promoting from within is a thing of the past. They will look for some old vet from another company who has "industry knowledge" rather than someone who knows the product inside and out. Raise. Nope. Payroll freeze.

My job at Enovate has been flourished with the opportunity to grow, think, and perform outside until this year. Working hours are flexible.

Cons

IT leadership has made my job horrible this year since being moved into this department.I go to work to work not a buddy gathering. Since I don't cry to him he has pushed me and another worker into the closet and treated like a mushroom. Our collegue is not honest and IT leadersip knows that but he does nothing about it. Our manager needs to be a manager and know that his job is not the company counselor. IT Leadership meets and keeps the news hot and fresh off the press with a few of his buddies, sad part of this is that the news he spreads is not even true. If IT Leadership is out to get anyone that has a voice. Scary that IT Leasdership has control and access to this company. We have a counter that is clicked everytime his buddies goes in there and shuts the door and you can hear the laughs when the click goes off. its our office humor. I've even got a free lunch after winning three bets about the number of people go in there in and out of there in one day,its clock work. Set back and watch this office realty show free of charge.
