I have been sitting here for 15 minutes. I honestly can't think of anything.

Cons

Leadership values profit and revenue far more than satisfying their customers. New customers gained are offset by customers lost. Customer support is awful. New customers will like the product and the company until there is an issue. Then your phone and email will blow up because nobody at corporate is helping. Want a promotion? Nope. Promoting from within is a thing of the past. They will look for some old vet from another company who has "industry knowledge" rather than someone who knows the product inside and out. Raise. Nope. Payroll freeze.

Employees are top notch here. A remarkable workplace with exceptional company culture. Apart from fostering a wholesome work environment (minor exception) , Enovate Medical also offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Cons

Engineering is out of control. No leadership at all in any engineering compacity. Enovate is an outstanding organization that encompasses unparalleled protentional if the CEO and engineering managers would do what they get paid to do and was competent. But the three are not.

They don't show us how to get promotion and raise our salary. I don't know what to do to get more money other than working hard
