Employees are top notch here. A remarkable workplace with exceptional company culture. Apart from fostering a wholesome work environment (minor exception) , Enovate Medical also offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Cons

Engineering is out of control. No leadership at all in any engineering compacity. Enovate is an outstanding organization that encompasses unparalleled protentional if the CEO and engineering managers would do what they get paid to do and was competent. But the three are not.

Toxic work Environment Christian Prayers during work meetings HR broke HIPAA laws Overworks employees Favoritism Rushing out products that are not ready resulting in bad customer experience Looks other way often on dangerous situations that can and have resulted in employees being injured There is so much more but I don’t have the time.
