      Where ‘Culture’ Is Just a Buzzword and Policies Over People

      Decent benefits but not much else.

      Cons

      Culture is about posters on the wall, not in the way they work. Leadership is poor. Ineffective communication, unspoken expectations, high turn over. They only care about the bottom line, failing to realize taking care of their people will help them reach their bottom line.
