      Pros

      At one point the pay was good and they allowed for a degree of autonomy.

      Cons

      They waste dollars to save pennies. Leadership was indecisive and unwilling to take accountability for broken processes. Short sighted safety and quality shortcuts were often demanded. They chase trends and play tricks to pump up their stock price. They don't listen to good ideas unless it comes from someone at the top.
