      Pros

      Great for career development. There is a high emphasis on identifying your career goals and developing you to achieve them at the company. High performers are tracked for opportunities to promote from within.

      Cons

      Benefits are average, nothing to write home about. Org structure is not great and thus lends itself to poor collaboration across business segments and organizational politics, although this has begun to improve little by little over time.
