      Pros

      Free sodas, lots of great workers below any levels of managers, innovative products, company volunteer opportunities.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t have knowledge of the positions below them. Hired as an expert but never listened too. Very common to hear of management belittling employees below them. Unattainable quarterly bonus goals, lots of gossip- especially at management level about their employees and other managers. If your not in the reclusive click, your not going to get anywhere.
