The nepotism and cronyism was the worse I have ever seen in my career. They were very disrespectful to the personnel.

Free soda. They contribute to your 401k even if you don't.

Cons

The politics are just disgusting. There's so much drama and rumour-spreading. The company is barely scraping by with poorly-designed equipment that the engineers are constantly frustrated with. If you make the wrong friends you're out, ironically with no training to boot. Don't waste your time. This company is too busy trying to re-invent the wheel to understand that that they need to scrap some stuff and start over.
