If you like a company that has little oversight of the work being done, then this is the job for you. Personally I care the direction I and the team are going, but none of the executive team seems to care, nor do they have much indication they know what direction the company is going in.
Cons
Get out as soon as you can. There is VERY MUCH competition, all of which is proving to be more innovative, have more backing, and a MUCH STRONGER sense of direction than Enplug. This company will be gone in the very near future.
The company offered me a flexible work schedule right away. You have room for growth here. I love that its a "free thinking" environment. There is never a dull moment, and the work day goes by so fast. My favorite part of working here is that I'm given a lot of autonomy which allows me to complete my tasks and not feel stressed out or micromanaged. The company has a lot of trust in their employees and I really enjoy being in that kind of culture!
