Pros

People work together to solve the problems. Everybody is friendly and has a positive attitude towards helping others. Management cares about their employees. Lunch is catered once in a while, and everybody sits around the big table to talk about their life outside of work. We even went on an all-expenses paid company retreat last year. This and many other small things that the company does makes me want to go to work. I also feel like I am learning a lot about other disciplines, seeing my co-workers in marketing and sales work.

Cons

The office A/C resets at periodic intervals (not our fault apparently, it's set by the building management company).

Pros

The best part of Enplug is definitely the team behind the product. You can count on the person at the desk next to you and problem solving is a core company value that everyone embraces. It's refreshing to be on a team that does its best work when challenged. A clear product roadmap helps everyone understand what's coming down the pipeline, and makes the job easier for those of us not on the engineering team!

Cons

There's not a lot of great healthy food options near the office, but the newly renovated kitchen, team restaurant outings and catered lunches make it easier!

Pros

The company is definitely at the forefront of its industry and has a vision laid out on being the best product. Everyone on the team is pretty motivated and working to make sure the company is the top in the industry. The team is collaborative and management is very trusting of each person. In terms of sales compensation, it's pretty competitive and all merit-based. There's no cap on commission so if you are doing really well in sales, you are highly compensated. There's a 401K matching program, which is pretty great. There are team outings like a recent trip in VIP suites at the Clippers games. The growth of the company and customer base has been pretty cool to see. It makes for an exciting environment to be working in.

Cons

I like the catered lunches we have. Would like to see more of them! More snacks in the kitchen would be good.
