Pros

- Everyone is dedicated - Everyone is friendly - A 'family' type vibe throughout the company - For a startup, the company is structured very well - The office is pretty - Consistent effort to improve any cultural weaknesses

Cons

- Sometimes everyone (including myself) can get caught up in the daily grind, forgetting to enjoy the moment. - High-stress - Pay is of course less than average, however expected because it's a startup.

Pros

The best collaborative group of young heroes. Everybody at Enplug believes all of us are on a same boat. Lots of happiness, fun and team events.

Cons

Being a part of this amazing group requires lots of sacrifice and dedication. general start-up cons. No 9-5! Salaries and benefits are not that "competitive" but the atmosphere and the teammates you work with, makes it totally worth.

- Excellent learning environment. You learn so much both inside and outside of your job description - Flexible hours - Full benefits, paid time off, etc - Creative, enthusiastic team members - Great office culture: ping pong table, team retreats, LAN parties, etc - Full kitchen - Increasingly communicative management - Flexible team that works to put you where you want to be - Equity

Cons

- No 401(k) - Long hours - Hard work - Lower than market salaries The last two are really to be expected when working at a startup. Especially one with people who care about what they're building. So maybe not as negative...
