Pros

+ Amazing people: I've never seen a team that is better at getting their job done while having fun doing it. + Varied tasks: As an engineer the range of tasks is exciting because it always keeps me on my toes. + Speed of progress: in the matter of a few weeks we develop new features that we hadn't even thought of yet.

Cons

- The long hours / amount of work. This isn't a big con for me because I prefer to be busy over having nothing to do, but if this is not a place where you have free time.

Pros

If college fraternity life is your thing, you will enjoy your time at Enplug Decent amount of free food, but every tech business has that. Enthusiastic coworkers Software development leads are experienced and intelligent

Cons

Low compensation - As in bring your own laptop. Unclear direction. Which way is the wind blowing? Young management - While they are enthusiastic, the management is all under the age of 25 and act as though they have been running successful businesses their entire lives. Chromecast is essentially the same product and costs $30.
