      “As a disabled veteran over 50, I have been discriminated against at other employers, not at Ensemble. I was hired and maintain my position based on ability, attitude, willingness to continuously learn (I complete additional training on my own time and at my own expense) and work ethic. Ensemble was open to taking into account my overall circumstances and placed me into a position that was win-win. I have been in the work force many years and never have experienced or seen an employer like Ensemble give someone like me an honest chance to pull my own weight, contribute to its success, and help our team achieve its current goals and plan for its future dreams.”

      Flexible, amazing management, straight forward, willing to listen, follows up, good pay, great atmosphere, people first. The list goes on and on.

      Cons

      Others will consider the company to be "New". While this may be true, they are more than willing to listen and act on any changes that can benefit Ensemble as a whole.
