Remote was a plus but not enough to make me stay

Cons

Stats stats stats. Had no problem meeting them but seems that’s their only objective. Help the pt as quickly as you can, set your call disposition and notate quickly. Basically take as many calls as you can. Just a bit overwhelming and a lot of pressure that I prob put on myself. I just didn’t like it at all. Every freaking day it was something else we were required to add to the interaction with the patients. I’m so glad I left.
