Pros

The vast majority of people that make Ensemble a success are musicians that truly care about the growth of the schools and the education of their students. Good focus on work-life balance and the opportunity for admin staff to work remotely is attractive.

Cons

Being remote makes certain tasks move more slowly than they would in an office setting.

Pros

This is an upcoming large company for music school administration. They recently took over the school and have been able to provide support that we were not able to receive as a smaller company

Cons

Lessons are booked back to back, and there is very limited control over which students you end up teaching. This also varies depending on the region and school you end up working at.
