Since seven years i am working in this company, Dynamic and diverse environment. Growing fast with some growing pains. Loved the experience. Smart people who understand recruiting. Great mission and it really is respected and brought up all the time, it drives the projects.

Cons

Great atmosphere, management is honest and trustworthy, quality benefits. My favorite part about working at EnSoftek is my co-workers and the management. My directors are very approachable and easy to talk to!

Ensoftek is a great company to work with... given me an opportunity to grow my career and work towards my goals. I love the company culture and ethics. It's a good company with great employee satisfaction. Support and backup given by the manager in all situation (Ups and down moments) is marvelous and the individual experience with the colleagues on a day to day basis is one of the main reasons I worked there for so long. I would highly recommend them as both a starting career and as a long term growth opportunity.
