Pros
Small company feel, large company offering. Nice when everyone cares and chips in to make good things happen. Hiring people with experience in growth of similar EHR companies helps with vision and expectations. Poised for real expansion. Offered good incentive and benefit package. Great working atmosphere. People bring their dogs to work, group lunches brought in on a regular basis, understanding and sincere management.
Cons
So many different priorities and so little time although everyone has realistic expectations for timing on deliverables.
