Since seven years i am working in this company, Dynamic and diverse environment. Growing fast with some growing pains. Loved the experience. Smart people who understand recruiting. Great mission and it really is respected and brought up all the time, it drives the projects.

Cons

Great atmosphere, management is honest and trustworthy, quality benefits. My favorite part about working at EnSoftek is my co-workers and the management. My directors are very approachable and easy to talk to!

No job security, guy (Suresh) sitting in US treat employees like slaves and disrespects everytime. Fully micro managed.
