Still in business. Nothing out of the norm. Senior managers dance and sing the corporate tunes. Pretty funny to watch the train wrecks!

Cons

This company will work you to the bone. They sell services and do more with less! Upper managers do not want or resolve issues. Most issues fall on individual engineers.

The people are all very nice, professional, and open to making changes to benefit the organization. Change is greatly valued by the organization and employees are open to change and will to help make changes happen. You are given the tools and the trust to do your tasks independently. Personal health and fitness are valued by the organization as well and embedded into the benefits. Employees are compensated very well. Unlimited paid-days-off! Big referral bonus. Exciting global organization that is continuing to add big name clients frequently and currently in a massive growth period. Employees generally have the option to work remotely, hybrid, or in-person.

Benefits are slightly more expensive than prior employer.
