Cons

Mangement is heavily bloated with way too many directors and above and not enough individuals to actually execute the work. High turnover. There is a bad mentality of hiring only management from the CEO's prior employer. No clear vision of where the company is going.

Mostly bad culture and profit driven company who only hire their friends. Not diverse enough. More like a mediocre environment where lower and middle managers are a bunch of high schoolers.
