No wonder KKR has chosen Ensono. Ensono sails the ship in 'for all - by all way. It's more of a people-centric organization. All the decisions are taken by keeping associates' interest as primary focus. In pandemic time the initiatives clearly indicate that the employee friendly quotient is very high. And of course, initiatives at the other times are equally employee focused. In other perspectives like remuneration, insurance, flexibility, work-life balance, open door policy etc. etc., it is a one of the best organizations to work with. Recent equity program for all associates is simply fantastic. Also, growth opportunities are aplenty as Ensono is growing rapidly in India.

Cons

Sometimes, the good initiatives are being done in Silos and not visible to other internal groups. However, the communication is very rapidly getting better .
