      Good intentions, bad execution

      Pros

      Collaborative culture. Lots of good people. Some pockets of the company have good leaders.

      Cons

      Incompetent leadership (ELT). They are good finance folks, terrible operators. Company is not setup correctly. There is no clear accountability so every leader does what they want ( build their own castles) which add stress to folks who are actually doing the work. Very little incentive for folks to do their best work. I could go on and on…

      Pros

      I'm thinking... -nice lower-level employees -hopefully, help is on the way with KKR acquisition -closing clients despite limited resources

      Cons

      -very poor work-life balance, very little downtime -pays lower than comparable companies -no stock or shares -all white, male sr. leadership team, minimal diversity throughout the organization -lots of attrition -blaming, demanding culture with unrealistic expectations -HR inserting processes that hamper the organization and career growth

      I think the company is in a very good spot. Good job security, good growth, corners the market on some key infrastructure that can't be avoided for some size of company

      Cons

      Very bad work life balance at the moment. They need to hire like crazy because the staff seems to just keep shrinking and the new clients keep coming in. It's something of a good problem but if it isn't sorted out, everyone's gonna leave
