Pros
There are some truly great people here, both sides of the original businesses clearly had some great individuals who are still there and working hard to make the company successful.
Cons
Really poor management, the worst exit experience I have ever witnessed and post leaving experiences that were astoundingly bad. Management convinced they have the right strategy despite everything else telling them they haven't. Challenges between different management groups created conflict and lack of focus. Saw a lot of decent colleges leave under a cloud and wondered what had gone wrong until the cloud finally arrived for me.
