Hectic job, support company, too many clients to deal with

an MNC, some additional money such as shift allowance and others

Cons

no work life balance, nothing much to learn because one will be working on tickets in an established environment, high expectations to be able to work on all the technologies (at least true for RDBMS)

There was some ok opportunity for growth in the company

Cons

The culture is severely lacking The pay is some of the lowest in the field The Senior Leadership is extremely out of touch with the employees Profit margin is the only thing on their mind and it is what affects all of the above I cannot in good conscience recommend this employer to anyone as they do not have the employee's interest in mind.
