Operational support tools are archaic for troubleshooting customer issues and their Data Centers are very old and experience service interruptions. Stressful micromanaged environment that after a few months you wish you worked somewhere else. Don't buy into their talking points - it's just that.

Worst company to have worked for in my career, regret the decision of joining the company. Company is run at whims and fancies of a few select individuals who like to have some pets and yes men. One of the worst professional American companies I have seen. The company has acquired a few non performers and rejected people from Wipro who have assumed the role of bootlickers at Ensono and is their strategy for survival in the company. Full of politics, bureaucracy and biases. Don't make a mistake of joining this company. They don't recognize the talent, they do appreciate flatters.
