Pros

-Some of the best pay in the industry -You'll always have work to do -Learning is encouraged, expected, and paid for -Work is enjoyable

Cons

-The biggest issue for me is that one of our values is honesty, but it is expected that hide the truth, not only from the client, but also from the internal client success teams to prevent upper management escalation. You are expected to suppress information with the threat of reprimand if you don't comply -During busy times you may work everyday, for a month straight, including weekends without a break -You are encouraged to take vacation by C-suite, but lower levels of management will discourage you and give bad reviews if you use it (due to staffing shortages) -Management is aware that staffing shortages cause client and employee dissatisfaction, but do nothing to correct the issue -Management constantly makes empty promises and "dangles the carrot", especially with regard to staffing shortage issues -Lower level management is not willing to escalate issues that would address client and employee dissatisfaction

Competitive salary and good benefits.

Cons

Understaffed, bait & switch for the position you apply, management unconcerned with employee's hours (although they talk a good talk about work-life balance), on-call almost always, very slow to replace departing staff, way too many clients per group, boast how much new business they bring in, but don't increase staff (been this way for years) and India is their savior... Ooodles of incapable staff that are not allowed access to U.S. based clients, takes months to get logon access to many clients. I could go on. Was a mistake coming here.
