      Pros

      It's an average work environment without any outstanding ups or downs.

      Cons

      3% annual raise no matter what and they'll turn their nose up at you if you ask for a market adjustment. With inflation you make less and less every year, punishing you for your loyalty.

      Coworkers are awesome and talented

      This company will stress you out to the point of overwhelm. They ask you to lie to potential clients regarding your skills. As more clients come on they will say they are going to hire additional workers but never do. They will post a job opening and then say no one is applying or we are not going to pay what the market is paying and then poof that job opening is gone and all the work is on you. This place will mess with your health. They pay lower than the market. It is a man's world here just so you know if you are a woman.
