      Lots of smart, dedicated people.

      Cons

      Lots of smart, dedicated people head for the door, and for good reason. HR expressed no interest in the reasons for my departure. "Planning" isn't planning if it's done after the fact, particularly when it comes to acquisitions. So do your homework, and maybe find some people on LinkedIn who used to work there to get their insight.

      Pros

      Ensono offers an exciting environment to work in that does work at a fast and exciting pace. However, it is a flexible company and during the COVID19 pandemic has been amazing at looking after employees whilst still keeping us all working hard. It is a company that cares, for employee and for clients. It is good to be part of that, especially some of the benefits of free fruit! free tea / coffee! great office environment - with parking!
