I find Ensono has a great learning culture. I am only eight month old, and I was nominated for the Women leadership program with Harappa. It was great attending the session and also had the levy to take study leave which is not included in any of my regular annual leave. Apart from this program, I have observed that the organisation focuses on employee learning and training alot. Their exists varied training and learning options to upskill oneself at all levels.
