      Pros

      Ensono continuously look forward to investing time for developing the skills for its employees. It focusses on both up skilling and cross skilling. It has a defined period in a year which is dedicated to the learning. I have learnt a lot & groomed myself since the day I joined this company 10 months ago and still aligned with various learning platforms.

      Pros

      Without doubt, Ensono is going towards correct direction. With so much initiatives 'on the fly', opportunities are aplenty. These opportunities, backed with great training & development programs and clubbed with appreciations, have become a solid spring-board for individual's and team's growth.

      Cons

      Some of the employee-friendly initiatives can be clubbed together at Macro level for a better result. Currently, these are being performed at tower/team basis.

      I am very glad to say, Ensono is the best place to improve our knowledge,skill and career growth as well as work with peace mind. Especially Ensono team members are so friendly, if i have any queries they response immediately without any hesitation. Overall I have a good experience in ensono.

      Cons

      Should work with good performance without crossing SLA.
