subjective especially with whom you are working. average salary. Few directors only seek the credit do not contribute in work. I work on of them, who just want to stay in limelight. Try to get credit of others work and when don't want someone in team, then humiliate teammate in front of other teams during calls. Very pathetic experience while working with him. Whereas, few directors are really good at their work, help their teammates to be productive and efficient.
