      * Modern company with, what appears to be, a good leadership at C-Level * Great talent in the company. Everyone is happy to help each other out * Diverse employee base. If you work here get to know your associates from across the world

      * The various M&A's have never been fully completed * Each team / dept / area of business has no idea what procedure to follow / which procedure is correct * Middle-management are a collection of idiots * Very much everyone in charge seems to be faking it

      Company has a good vision. Good company policies for employees. Friendly and helpful employees.

      Worst management specialy in Win Patching COE team. Managers are not good they put a lot of pressure on employees. Too much work load and no appreciation. They even make you feel insecure about your job. Best performing employees suffer a lot. Work load is distributed as per the scale of your salary. Multiple clients and there is continuously pressure to optimise and reducing employees. Work pressure is so much that they expect single person to do the job of 3 people. There is no perticular working hours you will always be working beyond your shift timings more than 12 hours a day.
