Ensono reviews

Sadly I found Ensono unpleasant place to work - Ensono keep acquiring other companies, doing the bare minimum merger work & then expect staff to somehow keep things up & running. The different parts of the organisation continue to pursue their own goals, often duplicating huge projects & directly contradicting each other making for conflict & huge amounts of wasted effort. It all makes for a poor place to work. The big, expensive & difficult integration work just isn’t being done. At some point the whole thing will collapse or will require a huge amount of investment to just keep the lights on. I would agree with negative points made in other reviews especially around poor culture & bad morale. I would question the validity of some of the overly positive reviews.

Short staff across support, continuous 60+ hour weeks and 6-7 days a week worked. No room for career growth Perks being taken away slowly (working from home being big one) L1 Engineers being hired to replace L3/4 engineers.
